This one was solid. I wish someone would just tell the MC that
she's in love with her best friend. She even talks about how BFF's mom thought that MC and BFF were dating (ha ha! how silly!), but like, fair, because MC is basically worshipful of her.
I think for this one, I got confused sometimes because there were different POVs going on, and I'm not sure if there was a better way to handle telling those women's stories, but I definitely had those "wait - who are we talking about?" moments. Those may have been exacerbated by the audiobook format, though. I also am SO WEARY of MCs doing that better-than-thou-not-like-other-girls stance where they don't like online dating and cell phones are ruining us and tech is bad. Okay, boomer. That doesn't make me like you; it just makes you whiny.

This was fine. It was so long for no reason. Nothing was really shocking, but it kept me entertained. This was written kind of odd at least to me. I did enjoy the hint of romance though. Honestly this is pretty skippable, but if you pick it up it’s not the worst thing ever.

Well the title alone got me because I’ve been being ghosted by dudes a lot lately. And well… now I’m super glad about it. This dark world and mystery that comes from swiping someone on “torch”? That seems terrible. It’s full of twists and turns. Most I did not see coming. If you’re in the mood for a dark mystery, this would be your jam!
