A really good introduction to Wicca. I ended up skim reading a lot as the writing style was quite chatty and repetitive (not necessarily a bad thing if that’s what you like!).

Though this could've done with a little more editing in some parts, it was still super entertaining and informative. the writing is easy to understand and I found that I flew through it (something that can't be said for most non-fiction I read). Obviously, this book isn't the be all and end all to getting started in Wicca, but it works very well as an introduction to help people realise if they want to look more deeply into the faith or not with workable tips and advice for once you do get started.

Firstly Harmony Nice Is My Favorite Youtuber. She Has Her Own YouTube Channel With The Name Of 'Harmony Nice'. As Soon As I heard That Harmony Was Publishing Her Own Book I Had To Buy It. I Had Pre-Ordered The Book In Kindle In 2018 And This Is The Second Time I Am Reading This Book. Firstly The Cover Of The Book Is Amazing. It Has Been Published By Hachette Books. The Introduction Starts With The Story Of Harmony Nice About How She Started Her Path To Wicca. This Book Goes Through A Series Of Mental Breakdown Healing Too. She Has Written Each And Everything In Detail About How She Celebrates Each And Every Wiccan Sabbat And Their Correspondences Too. She Also Mentions About What Tools To Use In Wicca And How To Use Them, What Are The Deities, Who Are The Deities, How To Cast A Circle And How To Open A Circle. She Also Gives A Few Spells And Meditation Techniques. Just A Fabulous Book.

I have wanted to read this book for years and I am so happy that I’ve finally read it. It’s full of great points on Wicca / Paganism. If you’re new to Wicca, I really recommend reading this book:)

This book is beautifully packaged, with an illustrated hardcover (no dustjacket) in muted colours and rose-gold foil. It's a beautiful book to hold and have on your shelf!

Sadly, I found the contents didn't quite live up to my expectations. The book does explain a lot about Wicca and the varying strains there are inside the philosophy, along with practices, methods, traditions and other practical information, like the yearly calendar. However, I found that the information was presented in a way that made it seem a little vague and hotch-potch. During the first half of the book there are chapters about spellwork, altars and so on, but the book doesn't explain (to a beginner) how to do these things until the second half and there are no page references made as to where you'll find the instructions. It's a fairly simple thing (and probably more editorial than due to the author), but it can leave the book feeling slightly confusing or mish-mashy to a reader.

That being said, there were some pieces of information in this book that I found interesting - and again, the cover design is really lovely. I'm just sad to say the content wasn't quite as satisfying for me personally as I had hoped.

Decent Wicca 101 book. If you are starting out I do recommend it!! I wanted to enjoy it more because I like Harmony's YouTube channel. The concert is gorgeous, the illustrations are lovely.

It just took me forever to read. Maybe just not my overall style and it's information I've read over and over again.
