One of the most popular titles in Goosebumps, The Night of the Living Dummy, is followed by 2 sequels plus a sequel in both Goosebumps Horrorland and Goosebumps Series 2000.

The most classic of all the classic Goosebumps novels. This book has been burnt into my mind since I was 12 years old. Twenty years later I still remembered pretty much everything that happened. And you know what? It's still fun!

I didn't grow up reading Goosebumps, or much of anything really until I became a teen, but I did watch the TV show, and I even owned some of the DVDs. So I was optimistic going into this, while keeping in mind that it's intended for young children. Sadly, I didn't really enjoy my experience. I still think this book is good, just not for me. The dummys are pretty creepy, and there was even a plot twist about halfway through the book that I didn't expect. However, the two main girls were pretty annoying, they made it hard for me to empathize with them. I might try out some of the other Goosebumps books in the future, if only just to satiate my curiosity.
