I marked it down a bit from 4 star. I don’t mind the characters Doff & Upsher, but their subplot bores me a bit. It feels like their scenes drag on and it slows the pace for me. Ginny’s scene was fine, but the Zlote scene was a bit meh. Is it their journalistic dialogue? I don’t know. Maybe a me problem and not the book’s problem.

Guard Ghüs & Friendo 🥹

Squire and Hazel are still so innocent and precious for this world universe.

Hey The Will, you okay there, man? Your mind seems a bit clouded.

Re-read in preparation for Saga Vol. 10
Ahhh Hazel's incarceration period, how I love it. Honestly one of my favourite volumes so far, I really loved getting to meet Petrichor and seeing IV grow closer to the family, but the ending really made me tear up when they had to leave Klara behind. Seeing Marco and Alana work together again was also such a relief.

Can I make it one volume without crying? JUST ONE....the answer is no.

Still loving Saga! The characters, the world, the messages, and I just want them to be happy! It's hard to review a graphic novel and Saga is very popular anyway, and I continue to see why! <3

God, I had forgotten how many sexy people are in this series. Also realised I had never truly appreciated just how much of a dreamboat Marko is.

Older Hazel is so cute but I still miss traffic cone shaped Hazel.

This series just hits all the feelings and is so hopeful. This volume was much more eventful than #5, so I'm glad that it's picking the pace back up again.
