It wasn't as good as some of the others.
But that ending though.
Second read: similar feelings as first read, that it wasn't the strongest in the series, but still entertaining and I just love being in this world for as long as possible.
And still......
That ending tho...

I think I would enjoy these books a lot more if I read them closer together. As it is, I forget what has previously happened every time I start a new one.

I don't really find the series to be that enjoyable anymore.

Thank goodness this one had a lot of uplifting turn of events because my heart was breaking for Alana and Marko as they searched for Hazel. We also see the return of some earlier characters so I'm excited to see where that takes us.

Agh this was so adorable and awesome!

As usual, the characters and the artwork were fucking amazing, and I'm still astounded by all of the intricacies and the detail because it's just so freaking beautiful.

This volume was especially good and I loved how Alana and Marko were repairing their relationship. Hazel was adorable, and I loved all of the characters at the school/prison. Petrichor was a nice addition, and I'm excited to see where her character fits in with the already established cast.

That ending was awesome, and I CANNOT wait for the next one to come so that I can see wtf is going to happen!
