The Doll used a scene from porn to revitalize his parent's marriage. It involved a 3rd party coming to the house while the mother and son were home alone. The man would have sex with the woman, disregarding her protests. The father comes home early and catches them. He killed the man, his wife, and himself.
Larry is the 3rd party. Linda Flint is the wife, and The Doll is the husband. Their bodies are taxidermied to preserve the memory and close that chapter in The Doll's life.
