I had this book on my TBR for ages, from an Honest Fiction recommendation shifter romance recommendation video. It has darker vibes than the usual KU shifter romance, so I just wasn't ever in the *mood* for it.
But then I was!
It has dark aspects, please be sure to read all trigger warnings. ALL trigger warnings. Also, know that the characters are 17. In my head cannon, I kept telling myself they were 21 so I didn't get so much ick from the heavy petting (I'm 38, I was 17 once but I don't always like reading about it).
Overall, I ate this book up. Read it one day. One of my favorite shifter romances to date, and I immediately continued on in the series.
