okay we love a book set in DC (but warning all of the team names in the sports sector are changed and there is only one mention of the Washington Monument and Connecticut Ave) with a BADASS woman being in a male sports league. we need more books like this i fear

This book was okay. For me there was not enough conflict and what conflict did arise was too easily solved. I like the characters but by the middle of the books they started to feel flat. This book, and what I can gather about the rest of the series, seems like a bit of a knock off of the Windy City series which I much preferred.

I really liked the first half of this book but it came really repetitive. The FMC had so much potential, but we didn’t get to see any of her personality because we only saw the MMC’s.

Steamy open door romance. The storyline was cute and I appreciated the HEA even if it was predictable. Some of the plot points were a bit repetitive and could’ve used some editing.
