It was a quick read and I enjoyed every bit of it. While the ending plotwise didn't deliver on what it built up on completely, I enjoyed the characters a lot. I loved the main pairing's relationship a. The uncomplicated way their bond developed, even when there were issues they didn't avoid communicating, the trust they built up & the way they spent time with each other was very wholesome. The other characters were likable too for most parts and their ghost hunting adventures were fun. So yes I enjoyed most of everything. I do wish they properly wrapped up the antagonist's story instead of it just ending that way. You understand his reasons but you can't really support him despite that but still a more weighted ending would have been fitting for all that he planned & did.
