I read this in a manner of hours. The author takes you through the emotions of the main character step by step in a way that allows you to experience them too.

The dialogue was cringe, Jake gave me the ick, and nothing about this made me want to keep going. Which is saying a lot because I typically give romance more lead way.

A romance book I loved! How surprising! I really did love this book and the character development throughout. I think Katherine perfectly showcased what it meant to learn to be happy on your own while still wanting someone else beside you, also making you happy, which felt authentic to real life and made me love this book.
