Second Reading: Perfect, I think I liked it more than Dearest Clementine.
Question though, what happened to Harper?? I like her character

I received this book in exchange for an honest reveiw.

I'm not sure what I can add that everyone has not said already. I love books that can make me feel a variety of emotions, and this one did, definitely. I was annoyed with Jax for being such a douche. I loved Dani and her attitude, her outlook on life, her ability to keep going when stuff hits the fan, and her bravery. Even though this is part of a series, everything you need to know is contained in this novel. It drives you to keep reading and get through as quickly as possible. The romance between Jax and Dani grabs you by the heart and squeezes up to the end. If you like NA, you'll like this book.

I enjoyed this one even though I wish they'd got together sooner and had some plot devoted to them being together. Ah well. Still fun.

Dani and Jax had really good chemistry and I'm happy they were able to pull their heads put of their asses so they could have a happily ever after together. I found most of it a little irritating. I can't really respect a girl that will marry someone only because they are "stable". That's just as bad as marry someone for money in my book. It still had some pretty good parts though, I guess.

Ugh I'm so conflicted! I wanted to like this more than I did but it just fell short for me. I liked Jax and Dani, but there were a lot of plot flaws. The biggest one is how Dani spend nearly half the book pining over Jax before they finally become friends and start hanging out. It seemed like a lot of wasted time. Like we get it, he doesn't remember you, it didn't need to take so long before they bonded. Time also passed awkwardly. I just felt rushed and it needed more time with Jax and Dani. They barely hung about before BOOM everything went to crap.

I could maybe go up to a 2.4 on Finding Dandelion, but I don't think I could go anymore. I will still be checking out #3 when it comes out.

Another good romance in this series. Dani is not just some simpering virgin heroine, she is strong, funny & loyal. She makes mistakes, but has heart. When tragedy occurs, Lex makes sure Dani is real. You feel for her because you can see yourself acting the same way.
