This book was... interesting. It made a lot of things seem quite normal. It changed the way I see a few things, and it gave freedom another meaning. I loved it. I loved how different it was, although the ending was a bit disappointing. I also loved how beautifully it's written, and it has so many quotable lines.

Felt like a great story in the beginning. But the ending felt like crap. Maybe it's because I stopped reading the book and started listening to the audiobook in the middle since it felt more convenient while going to the lab on the train. But probably, this is a book to be read rather than listened to.

Though some people may like this author, I struggled to finish this book. For others maybe bur sadly not for me

Outstanding. This is the first Paulo Coelho book I've ever read so I didn't know what to expect.
Maria, our young protagonist, is certainly a favorable figure. The way she sees the things around her is remarkable, quite different from the prostitute our society knows. :))
Although Eleven Minutes mainly tackled the subject of sex, Coelho showed readers a more profound meaning, giving what society views obscene a description usually contrasting the norm.
I will definitely read this sometime again when I'm older since it was too overwhelming and a little confusing, especially for someone of my age.
