BTtM is one of my favorite YA novels, and honestly one of my fave romcoms so I was pumped for this but sadly it fell a bit short.
The story was very slow to get into, it honestly picked up after 60% but even then I wasn’t itching to get into it.
It was still nice to read the continuation of Liz and Wes, but I wish the overall story had more of them together than it did.

I’ll be honest - I didn’t remember a thing from the first book apart from the chapters all beginning with film quotes which was so cute! So that being said it clearly didn’t land that well with me but this was a fun, cute YA romance where we saw some love rekindled and I thought it was sweet and fun - absolutely for a younger demographic
