We read this story in the fifth grade, and my teacher gave us all a copy as a graduation gift at the end of the year. This book is very special to me, more than most, and I loved every second of reading it.

I read this when I was a little kid, in English, and I remember not understanding it and disliking it. After about 20 years and re-reading it in it's original language, I can say I was wrong. This is a very sweet little story people of all ages can enjoy.
