This book is talking about the humor and the importance of it. It goes in depth on some studies that were done on laughter and how just ten minutes of laughter reduces hours of stress. It helps with great tips on how to see, interact, and be humorous. There are many different tips for many different types of humor all through the book.

I really enjoyed this book. I felt like it was very informative. I could get behind every single point in this book. I feel like I learned a lot and discovered that I'm not weird for having some of the mannerisms in humor that I have. I fully intend to follow the advice in this book. I feel it will help lead me to be a better and healthier me.

I think I saw a few typos and mistakes here and there. Other than that, I really loved this book. I can think of several people that I know in life that would be greatly impacted by this book. I can't wait to find a way to gift it to them. I really didn't even want to stop reading it. It would have been read all in one hour if I had had the hour to sit down and read it all.

I FULLY recommend this book. I can't get over how amazing it is. It wasn't dully written. I was entertained by every single page. I even learned a few good jokes and ways to create my own jokes. I learned a good practice for keeping myself stress-free with laughter. I think that this may help my anxiety and depression. I hope others get as much enjoyment out of this book as I did. I plan to read it again many more times.

The book Journey to the Center of Mirth: How to find, develop and use humor by Leonard Rzyman talks about humor and how important it is in our lives. It examines the different sources in which we find humor. While I agree that humor can help us through many of the difficulties we face in life. I don't believe that humor is something that is learned. Making people laugh can be but humor is something we all have. I didn't really care for the sayings or quotes that the author has suggested different endings be used. Like added in bed at the end of your fortune from a fortune cookie. While it changes the entire meaning the fortune but it doesn't necessarily make it funny. While his books appear to be well written I just struggle to find them funny. The author does seem to be able to make his books flow and has a good editor so there weren't many typos etc. I just didn't find the book funny which I assumed was the point of the book.
