A detailed look at a NASA tragedy. This book series has wonderful pictures and really shows you these terrible real-life events. Not for the faint of heart. Each book tries to sum up the steps made to prevent such things from happening again. This one actually had some resolution. NASA has never really recovered it's public relations after this accident.
