This was great, the art and the story. The notes were also interesting, and the whole story tugs at your heartstrings. The art was detailed and engaging. There was always something to look at, and the pages that needed it had gravitas. I will definitely be on the look out for more books from this artist.

Completely charming tale of a quartet of sea creatures who repurpose an old diving suit in order to go on land. The art is delightfully fun, and the story is surprisingly heartwarming in its examination of loss and what you do after and the type of legacy you want to preserve.

I would have given this a 5 star because the story so beautiful (both in words and images) weaves together the story of family, love, friendship, "doing the right thing" and "doing right by those you love".... I WILL be recommending this to my students who are graphic novel readers.
