My Thoughts On: Hulk #7

1. It's a small thing, but the artist is different on this issue is different from the rest. I'm not sure if this is a guest artist or a new regular artist, but the style change is drastically different from the original style. I'm not sure I like it yet. It will definitely take getting used to.

2. I immediately disliked both Steve and Ray, and I could tell that my dislike of them was eventually going to be justified. Steve is your typical attention-seeking a-hole, and Ray is the weedy Peter Pettigrew type who is too weak not to follow even when he disagrees.

3. Mary, shut up. No one wants to hear your lecture about why Jen should open up at group (especially Jen).

4. Jen does not want to have a good cry. She wants to have a good smash. To that I say, go for it. I think both are valuable, but smashing is a lot more fun.

5. All the Hellcat cameos in this series are really making me want to read her series. Plus, it's written by Kate Leth whom I love.

6. I just noticed that Jen's Hulk is now gray, and I'm looking forward to seeing that explored. It is obviously linked to her trauma and experience during Civil War II, but I know Tamaki will take this plotline in an interesting direction.

7. Oliver and Warren are adorable together, and I know that their appearance in the story does not bode well for them. I am not happy about this.

8. Jen's guilty pleasure is baking videos? That is the best.

9. Weird observation, but anyone ever notice Patsy never comes to visit Jen in normal clothes like a normal friend? Is this so we recognize her or intentional on Patsy's part for some reason?

10. Steve and Ray, you absolute ***holes. How dare you. Now Jen's going to have to clean up this mess.
