This is one of the best books about a political figure I've ever read (listened to), if not THE best. It's incredibly dynamic. There were no parts that I wanted to skip over. I think if I read a print version it actually would have moved swiftly for a 800+ pg door-stopper. The narration was excellent. I would recommend either format. Clearly my decision to pick up this book was inspired the popularity of, and my obsession with, the little musical this book inspired. If there were no connection to HAMILTON, it would be an outstanding piece of work on its own merit! Read this book!
