I believe that this book can be extremely boring and lackluster.. but it’s almost like that’s the point entirely. There’s no deepened plot, the unnamed narrator can be incredibly unlikeable, a generally bad friend, and more. I laughed, cried, and even had to put the book down multiple times, and that’s why it took me a month and a half to finish it. However, to say I didn’t enjoy it would be far from the truth.
