DO NOT FOLLOW THE ADVICE IN THIS BOOK. There is no "cure" for lupus and you cannot make the illness go into "remission" through supplements. This is a dangerous book for anyone with lupus! Any alternative/holistic medicine should only be used in conjunction with a medical physician - to do otherwise is risking your health and possibly even death. Lupus is a serious illness and cannot be "cured" by taking herbs. The book is full of personal anecdotes and "this worked for me, so it will work for you" - with a random sample of recipes intertwine. Deadly advice - only read this as a personal memoir and not medical advice. Zero stars.
