This was definitely interesting. This was one of the first books that I read with such intense smut and it gave me big wattpad vibes. I really liked it but was a little intense.

I enjoyed this book more than the second book in this series. This story can be a little predictable with the plot, but the spice you will never see coming, like extreme spice. I do enjoy how fast pace these books are. Tink's growth through this books is my favorite part cause she does grow and learns to accept things she doesn't think she deserves. Plus you get to learn more about her and Hook's past.

uh...is it me or is everything the characters say and do don't make sense? wdym, you're holding her down then all of a sudden you're reminiscing about your past. Also, this keeps happening after the first chapter to the point that i don't even know their goal anymore

I loved this! I found Tink's experience with PTSD / escaping an abusive relationship very authentic. Her constant want to be safe and build her own life, how she gets triggered, it felt really real. The smut in this story is fucking nuts too. This takes the cake for the hottest love scenes I've ever experienced in a book holy shit. Also, Hook is an absolute hotty. What a good Dom. This was a great time
