Recommendation to anyone who loves enemies to lovers trope.

I really enjoyed Tink and Hook's story! So keen for the next one
fast-paced

After taking a bit of a break from the series, I am back at the Disney villain series with a Hook tale. There are several elements of this book that were done better than the others but A Worthy Opponent does something that pisses me off most with multi-couple series, it throws a previous hero into the role of villain for the purpose of plot. We start this installment with Hades throwing Tink out to the wolves, purportedly so she can "fly" when he knows damn well that she is not safe and nearly as soon as she is literally thrown from her home she is attacked by Peter. This forces her to take a deal with Hook, a marriage of convenience after years of skirting around each other. I think that the tension and obvious attraction between the two of them was done very well. I think the fear of another relationship after surviving an abusive one with Peter makes sense, and I even liked Hooks character but I did feel like the need he had for her to beg him to not fit the story. I also wish she had been the one to put the final nail in Peter's coffin, if you delete just 4 or 5 sentences Tink could have taken her power back and it would have created a better dynamic and story overall 3.5⭐

Best of the first 3 books so far. Tink is FINALLY out of the grasp of Peter but he is still alive, possessive and making every attempt to get her back. Hook is here to save the day! It was a fun read. I won’t spoil it. But tons of spice. Hook is a sharer. But apparently that’s how everyone is at the club called Underworld. It’s one big free for all and everyone has done everyone else. It’s quite a ride.

Hook x Tinkerbell. Better than it sounds. Spicy.
dark medium-paced
Plot or Character Driven: A mix
Strong character development: Complicated
Loveable characters: No
Diverse cast of characters: No
Flaws of characters a main focus: Yes

This is an imaginative story of what happens when Tink finally gives in to Hook. Though it's the third in the series, I started with this one and I don't feel like I missed much by skipping over the first two. I plan to read the others, but Tink is a favorite character so I had to start here. As erotic fiction, it does a good job of detailing D/s relationships of different types pretty realistically.

you’re crazy for this one, katee robert

Reread as audiobook.

As huge Peter Pan lover I ate this book.
