this book had me going back and forth between different people all the time trying to figure out who did it. Before the reveal I was understanding who it could’ve been and boy oh boy.

excited to start the second book now

The author has a real knack of creating unlikeable characters. The plot has plenty of inconsistencies and loose ends so my rating is pretty generous.

Exciting and action packed!  I couldn't put it down!  Love her writing style, and the plot was very well balanced throughout.

def a 3.75. I did skim at some parts, I liked the characters and will probably read the second book. it was fun but the chapters were sooo long.

I found the characters in this to be really likeable, I especially love Lanny and thought she was iconic. I loved seeing the strong single mum as well! I loved this and it was a good start to the series! Will definitely carry on reading it!

I really wished I loved this book. But I didn’t. It could have been a lot more better than it was. 
I wasn’t surprised by the plot twist and other moments of the book 
⭐️⭐️ stars for me
