Not my favorite Dresdon book so far, but still a nice vacation read.

I didn't like this as much as the others. But I still like dry wit that Harry brings to every case. I did like having Gentleman Johnny Marcone back in the story, he is very much a villainous friend!

Another solid episode in the series. Danger, heartbreak and the loss of his beloved duster await Harry, along with much mystery. I admire Butcher's writing for many reasons, and believable bad guys are one of his best skills. Marconi in particular is beautifully done here.
