What an ending!!! There are so many unanswered questions now, so many theories you can come up with, that it's going to be hard not picking up the next book soon.
This is one of the best books in the series so far. As you can guess from the title, the Garde come across 5 nd are finally all together. You'd expect that from this point things will go well. There will be a remarkable battle and Lorien will win. But you are in for a surprising treat. There are too many twists in this book, too many shocks and you can't believe you ever thought you could predict where the story was going.
I imagine the next one is going to drop more bombs on all our theories. Can't wait to get to it!

Damn.... that was a near tear jerker. Without giving too much away, be prepared for betrayal, loss and sadness. Why Pittacus Lore, why?

Mindblowing. It left me speechless. I needed a day to get over it because of certain things happening.
Good book. It was slow in the beginning as they trained, it is needed for the book though.

for some reason i thought this was the last book. quite surprising then to be left with a cliffhanger at the end. but despite that, this book was an enjoyable read. still the different font, different narrator issue as in the other books. there are definitely moments that make you roll your eyes and think 'that got past an editor?' (the quality of writing just isn't always there). that said, the book is a page-turner. and sometimes that's what you're in the mood for.

Got a bit distracted along the way but finally finished this. It was interesting rereading books 1-4, many years later. Last time I read this book was 5 years ago. As for the first book, it’s been around 7 years. Now I’m all caught up where I left off, and excited to reading the next three books with no sense of what will happen in them! This one is probably my favorite so far ◡̈ altho that ending is still heart wrenching :(
