This book just wasn't for me, but it was kind of a fun read, I guess? Mikhail literally stalked Bianca for SIX!! months before even saying a single word to her, and this didn't come up again until the last page of the book. Mikhail also stalked Bianca throughout a mall out of fear that another man -might- get a glimpse of her? And when she found out he was doing this, she thought it was romantic?! Someone needs to explain to her that these are early warning signs of an abusive partner
I didn't really get any chemistry between the characters... like one minute they were strangers, and the next minute they're in love. The book was really short, so I could possibly overlook this if not for the multiple torture scenes that served basically no purpose

Not the most exciting story between two plain characters. I guess the setting was interesting as both FMC and MMC had some kind of imperfection. But there's no good use of these traits for any character development so what's the point? The good part though, there's not a lot of miscommunication trope. They just went straight to love and spice. Even the spicy scenes are kind of plain though.

Boom, yes THIS is what I was hoping for with these books. Nothing like a mean daddy who can only be touched by HER. Big boy who is soft for her!
The book was amazing. I loved how she loved him unconditionally and how it was hard for him to accept that because he didn’t experience that before. I love Lena. She was sweet. I would gladly read like 300 more pages of them. The book was so good.
I mean it was fine. Nothing really happens but it turned my brain off for two hours so I guess it was good? Hope that helps

Excuse me, can I order a Mikhail Orlov for me, please? Thank you!
Ok I could not stop reading this book. I literally kept wanting to come back to it when I had to do adult things like care for my children and drive. Real life is so annoying. Anyway, I loved this book way more than the first. Mikhail is the brute Russian “information extractor” who has the sweetest little girl. (Ok, she’s a bit spoiled because parakeets are loud as hell and she maneuvered her way to getting one) He’s been through hell but he is able to love. Bianca is a freaking ballerina (because why not?) from the Italian mob. They have an arranged marriage and she makes the best of it. There is love. There is danger. There is baking. There is sign language due to speech impairments. Both main characters have a disability and I love it as they make it work.
