I’d give this one 3.5 stars. I can see why people loved this one compared to the first one but honestly it’s nothing I’ve not read before in multiple mafia books. But overall ok.

This book had many issues that I'd absolutely be against irl, but this was fictional and I read it in one sitting. So here's 4.5 stars to you 'Broken Whispers'.

This book was very very short. Not entirely sure why some scenes were fade to black and cut short especially if they would've added to the plot. That was definitely a choice I guess. It just made the overall plot and characters feel superficial.

I enjoyed the book nonetheless, whatever crumbs we were given.
