Super super super silly, which I probably would've loved as a wee one.
We'd read the [b:Princess Smartypants|346952|Princess Smartypants|Babette Cole|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1390239229s/346952.jpg|1034826] books and enjoyed them, so I thought it would be excellent to read this role-reversal Cinderella story for our Cinderella-themed Primary School Media Studies project. And it was an excellent idea, though I would have been more pleased if either James or Zenobia had liked it.
Have they, at 7 and 5, got set in their expectations? They didn't appear to dislike it because 'it was the wrong way round'.... Did they simply not like the dark colours in most of the illustrations! They didn't comment on that.... And I was remiss in asking the right questions - it was nearly the end of the school day ....

This book cracked me up every time I read it at my grandma's house. One of the first fractured fairy tales I can remember, after "The True Story of the 3 Little Pigs."

This is a really funny version of Cinderella. It is a great way to break social stereotypes.
"In this delightful retelling of the classic fairy tale, Prince Cinders sets out on an adventure, aided by his very own fairy godmother."

An entertaining twist on Cinderella. Kids will love the way the fairy mixes up her spells, and the illustrations were packed with funny details.
Está bueno, aunque el final no me terminó de gustar por algunos detalles
