This is a hard book to rate as it is very odd but I'd probably say 3.5 stars rounded down. It was very well written as it really brought you into his head. It really is just the story of the man finding a gun, but it was still an interesting story.

Trigger warning for violence against animals, one scene but very gruesome. It would be skippable if you wanted to read it anyway.

The Gun is about a college student that finds a gun and loses his mind. The gun takes over all his thoughts and made him act in a manner that seems to be outside his norm. Oddly it made me think more about the Eastern view of guns and how they affect people's thoughts.
