This was a fascinating big-brother style novel that looked at what people will do when pushed to their limits. I found a lot of the book interesting and at times a bit slow moving and repetitive. I also wish the ending had a bit more growth from the characters.
I was also a bit confused with Andrew’s character arc and his obsession with the producers when he returned? I wasn’t quite sure what to make of it
I thought this was a great debut novel from the author and I’m sure I’ll pick up more in the future!

I would recommend this book to anyone who loves reality tv bc this is literally reality tv in a book. I loved it. I understand the qualms and things people didn’t like it, but I just feel like that’s even more reality tv, ya know?
Anyways, I need Rawle to now write a sequel on everyone’s lives outside of the compound bc I can’t even imagine how they adjust back into a completely different reality.
