Enjoyable, but, come on. The book is about a writer stealing a plot that has a twist no one sees coming. You will be able to spot the twist in the actual book a mile away.
2.5 stars for this one because I guessed every twist by page 150, and so finishing the rest just to make sure I was right felt tedious. Well-written at least, even if it did drag out something that could’ve been a short story. Also, how many times can one iterate a writer’s process and the mechanics of writing a novel and telling a story? The limit does not exist, apparently.

A bit predictable but well written and definitely a unique idea- i just had higher expectations for the story. It was actually pretty slow paced and for the most part, not a lot is happening until the very end. It was a good premise but the protagonist was sooo unlikeable and it felt like I was crawling to the big reveal!
When the book is all about this AMAZING plot that no one would ever imagine…you kinda expect for it not to be predictable. But I called so much from the start and I’m not even a good sleuth.
