If you liked Cecilia and Ned in the first book, then you will freaking adore Alex and Charlotte!!! Seriously their banter is immaculate!!

The romance was romancing and the sexual tension was delightful! Not to mention this book was hilarious! There were so many lines that had me laughing out loud! 10/10 would recommend!

Honestly was really good, probably my favorite in this series! I do love witchcraft, and piracy. Charlotte and Alex make a great pair here and it was very entertaining.

While I enjoyed the book it did become a bit of a slog after the main couple gets together. It's cute and silly but I didn't feel especially touched by the story. I also haven't read the first one so that's on me but everywhere said I didn't necessarily need to.
