Ugh my hearts so full. I feel like this series may put me in a book slump because it was just SO GOOD.

Usually i avoid reading the full series of books like these because it can be repetitive and i get bored before reading about all couples, but that was not the case with this. I have loved every single one of the books so far! This one and Quarterback Sneak are 100% my fave two tho!!

I resonated so much with Mary, even down to the favourite animal! I fell in love with this story, and how much they loved each other.

And G being pregnant is my fave thing ever. I was surprised that i was so happy to read that, because usually i hate the proposal and pregnancy thing in the epilogues but it was done so well and made my heartstrings PULLLLL.

I also LOVED Mary’s relationship with the other boys in the house, and it made me so excited to read Kyle’s book!! I hope his isn’t the last one because i never want this series to end. But i can’t wait to keep reading about this universe!’

Overall this was a pretty average book. I wasn't very attached to this series and debated finishing. I liked this book the best out of all 4, but the 3rd act breakup knocked it down for me. It was well until that point. I also didn't like the miscommunication that happened in high school.
I did like both characters and liked the tropes that were in it. I do love a good curvy MFC and I feel like they did a good job portraying her. I did like the book references throughout.
I felt an obligation to finish the series and was an okay ending. Just kind of mediocre and i cant deal with 3rd act breakups/miscommunication tropes.

Omg did this one start out super heartbreaking.

You’d know from the previous books how much Mary does not like Leo. So I was super intrigued by why and their backstory, which made me cry btw. I really loved how the story flowed, how much tension was between them and then when it all came to a head, incredible. You could feel the emotion coming off the narrators. They did so freaking good.

There was an extra heartbreaking layer in this too and god I hurt for these characters. I just grew to love all of them so much and you get everything you could want by the end of this book.
