My face hurts from crying so much from happiness, sadness, just the overwhelming emotion. Robin Hobb is a brilliant writer. She has prophets in her story that tell you exactly what's going to happen and you'll still be surprised. Her excerpts in the beginning or each chapter allude to what is going happen and you'll still be caught off guard. This was a heart-wrenching end to her Elderling Series. I was not disappointed and once I am done mourning the end of this book, I think I might start at the beginning again. 11/10. If you love fantasy, please read her whole series. You will not be disappointed.

Man... This is still one of my favorite series of all time, but this one was tough for me. It felt like it just plodded along towards an ending that was always going to happen. I like the Robin Hobb slow burn, but this one was a little too much slow, a little not-enough burn for me.
But omg poor bee :(
