3.75 stars - At first I wasn’t sure I was going to enjoy this novella because it seemed to similar to Under One Roof, however, I then realized who am I to judge a 100ish page story as long as I had fun? And I did have lots of fun. My only tiny complaint is that these two only knew each other for 24 hours and were making love confessions. If this was a novel I would change that, but it’s not a novel so I’ll let it slide.

I loved and hated this book. The story had so much potential, but it’s so short it fails to deliver a real engaging story. I really like the MC and the way she just spirals and rambles on and on in a funny and manic kind of way, don’t know about Eric bc obviously is so short that I couldn’t get a feel of him and his personality(besides the obvious) from it. I’m definitely just bitter bc I loved the premise of the book and the short SHORT story of it and wanted to read more about them and all of that.
But seriously, ITS TOO SHORT
And that makes it underwhelming and it feels kind of lazy(?)
But I loved it
If anyone is reading this, read it and be bitter with me about how short this is

Another short sweet novella by Ali. Another great story that doesn't center around everyone being amazing at sex. I love that these books are centered around characters who are either somewhere in the lgbtqa community or identify with sexualities people aren't use to seeing in stories. They don't promote taking advantage of inexperienced women in their 20s nor do they fetishize virginity or inexperience.
They're sweet and romantic and hot and very real.

(2.5/5) Eh not great but not bad either - liked the first half better than the second half of the story. Thought the pacing was a bit off both in terms of the events of the plot and the writing itself - I’m all for true love in an instant and at first sight but the vibes were just off with this one. (Also how these women can be so smart but so freaking dumb at the same time astounds me)

What I liked: Star Wars references. The steamy, steamy scenes. They were pretty hot. What I disliked: The character development, or lack thereof. The miscommunication trope. Blegh.

This was short and a little sexy. It did not do it for me as much as Love Hypothesis, but I am not one for romance in general and besides, these are novellas, so…there’s that.

This reads like something I would find on Wattpad, perhaps a fanfict?
