I adored this book. I am sure I will pick it up again sometime and reread my favorite parts. The author does a masterful job setting every scene and distinguishing every character. So well done.

Nice lil reflection of love and life and wealth and how none of it really matters

Very character driven, which means next to nothing when the characters are so shallow and uninteresting. Paired with the admittedly beautiful prose, it just lends itself to be a very pretentious book with very little substance to back it up.

Also, I rolled my eyes every time they said Katey Kontent's name and it gave me a massive headache. This is the type of name I gave my Hunger Games Mary Sue OC when I was 13.
