The second installment of Mary Higgins Clark's Under Suspicion series and I have been waiting for this book to come out. It was definitely a good one. Laura and Alex are back with her show cast to solve the mystery of the Runaway Bride. There are plenty of twists and turns. Just when I thought I had the whole thing figured out Mary Higgins Clark through a wrench in it. Definitely a great read.

I always fly through Mary Higgins Clark's books, and this one was no exception. Even though I had the culprit narrowed down to two pretty early in the book, I still really enjoyed it. I know what to expect going into these books, and they never disappoint.

I really enjoy this series of books. The characters were interesting, the mystery was engaging, and it was a nice, light, quick read.

I really like this series. They are quick reads that hold my attention. This one, I kept guessing who was the murderer....the obvious guess isn't always the right guess! Looking forward to book #3...

This is my second Mary Higgins Clark book. I found it to be really exciting and I loved the characters. I am starting to recognize a formula though. I look forward to the next book and it deviates.

This was a compelling mystery that made good use of the TV show setting. My favorite of the series so far.

It's been a very long time since I read a book by Mary Higgins Clarke. I received this one from netgalley and the publisher in return for an honest review. Many thanks to them.

This is the second book in the 'Under suspicion' series. It is again written as a suspense novel but this time Ms Clarke is co-writing with Alafair Burke.
Like all the others I've read this one did not disappoint. I loved the short snappy chapters. The storyline was very good. I suspected many people of committing the crime and I didn't figure it out until just before it was revealed in the book.

This sequel was okay. I liked it but probably won't continue with the series. The unsolved crime was interesting but romantic potential that was hinted at in the previous book kind of fizzled.
