I don’t love the step sibling thing. More than that though, Massimo and Zahara don’t have the depth most of the previous characters do.

This was perfect. Zara slowly learning to be confident and the way she can completely control Maximo’s temper was great. Loved Maximo being absolutely crazy secretly.

Neva really did her big one with this book!
Holy. WOW. Mikhail and Salvatore are my fave Neva MMCs. But Massimo is definitely up there now, the over top protectiveness and devotion he showed Zahara had my heart fluttering the entire book! This book was the perfect amount of forbidden, passionate, and so crazy! Of course it wouldn’t be a Neva book without the crazy bittersweet plot twist at the end!! I’ll be thinking about these 2 foreverr!!

I throughly enjoyed this!! I loved the relationship between Zahara and Massimo and one of my favorite things about this series is how absolutely crazy jealous the MMCs always are and Massimo upheld the tradition. He was hot, crazy, and so so possessive. I loved getting to watch Zahara step into herself and liked the fact that Massimo was always the one who saw her best even having not laid eyes on her since she was a baby.
I don’t know why but the ending with her climbing in his lap and riding him didn’t really fit the characters. Like I guess I would have thought Massimo would be way too possessive to be okay with that and seeing as they weren’t doing it because they found it hot to turn the men on but rather just found the exhibition of it attractive I felt like if it had been done where no one else in the room knew it was happening it might have seem less out of left field.
