I’m sad to say that I STILL haven’t read the original Fangirl novel. But I’m living for all of the Simon & Baz stories from within the manga. This definitely does make me want to pick up the book and finally read it tho.

Cath is living the dream of any fanfic author… writing about what you love. It’s just not your original characters that you write about. I haven’t read much fanfic that isn’t published as a retelling, so I don’t have the experience or knowledge about it, besides some popular books that started out that way. So it’s exciting to read about a character who loves writing it.

I really like Levi a lot! He’s so adorable and I want them to work out… in the long run. Her twin on the other hand is kinda horrible and I do not enjoy her!
