I've been wanting to explore more Shakespeare plays recently, and I'm glad I went with Macbeth. I decided to listen to a full cast recording, which was perfect. I recommend having it open and reading along if you go this route, as entrances and character names are really helpful for keeping track of who's who and what's going on. This is definitely a classic for a reason, and it's surprising how much happens in such a small span of time. The bard really knew how to keep the audience on their toes!

Je sais que c’est une pièce de théâtre, courte en plus, mais l’action se passait bien trop vite. Le lecteur n’avait pas le temps de comprendre ce qu’il arrivait. On avait aussi beaucoup de personnages qui disaient que Macbeth était un tyran et un être exécrable, mais on ne le voyait pas vraiment sur page.
