I’d never really enjoyed Shakespeare but I have to say this surprised me! The characters were flawed with internal conflict and it was actually quite interesting!

I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve read Macbeth. I’ve watched every adaptation I was able to find. (For context I was doing an extract of the play for a recital so I needed to completely absorb this play and everything in and around it and I loved every minet of it! It was so juicy and researching was truly delight. The character Lady Macbeth is such a complex, powerful and ambitious woman, her descent into madness throughout the play is so astounding. The play was so rich I loved picking it apart and I’ll always hold the memories of my time with it close to my heart.
