I really liked this book, even though thrillers isn't a genre I typically read. The writing and translation is great, the story flows well and kept my interest throughout the book, and the characters are three-dimensional and written with compassion. I also stayed up half the night finishing it because I couldn't put it down!

I enjoyed this book! There were moments when I was like WTF? Confused? But besides that, it's a good one!! πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

I have never reviewed a book before. I didn’t want to dwell on what to write before I had at least 700 books read under my belt. But a miracle happened and I won a giveaway for the first time in my life just a couple books before I hit the 700 goal. I guess this is the best time to start.

This book is a well formulated psychological thriller. Characters are emotionally relatable even if they are the villains. The English translation is superb. It feels as if it was originally written in English. I am glad to have found this author. I will definitely be in the lookout for her other books.

I found myslef unable to put this book down. The story was so gripping and even though I didn't necessarily find the main charecters likeable (except Eloise - she's  a sweetheart) I was rooting for the couple and the baby. I felt fear, disgust, hope and shed some tears by the end. I also found the ending quite unexpected.
