Interesting, emotional read with important topics covered (though slightly glazed over). Not quite what I expect from Colleen Hoover, but as a writer of all genres, she always keeps you surprised.

This book eventually got there, but it was a slow, odd journey. I only stayed because Hoover has never disappointed me. It’s definitely not one of her better works for me.
