Once I got past the character's names, it was a pretty decent book. It was emotional and frustrating and had a good message. 

Also the ending was a little cheesy.

One thing I know for certain is that Colleen never writes the same story twice, not even remotely similar stories. And it’s amazing!!! I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, her books NEVER disappoint.
Without Merit is different from her usual romances, so much so that I wouldn’t exactly classify this as a romance book. It’s a book of self discovery

El libro sigue a Merit Voss, una joven que vive en una familia disfuncional y se siente atrapada en su propio mundo emocional. This book was BORING...
This book was also INTRIGUING ...

It was weird... while all of the characters had such in depth backstories that were great, the present story just.... lacked and was weird.

Overall the story came out very good but it was still kinda boring.
