Well well well, this book is most definitely far from what I expected . This book is so beautiful in so many ways but it’s also so heart wrenching . There were times when I wanted to frisbee the book at some of the characters heads!

I really found it interesting the way Brown wrote this story and how it wasn’t just a book to do with the victims of the school shooting but a book to do with how Valeria deals with the heartbreak of her boyfriend being the shooter . It deals with how she copes with the grief of losing her boyfriend but it also tells you a story about how he wasn’t just a shitty person who shot a bunch of people . He had other parts of him . At times he was kind ,loving and caring .

This book creates a story about differents ways of grief and I honestly have never read a book quite like it .

I definitely want more but this author! ☀️
