This series was something, I just can’t believe it’s over. I had a feeling we would have this end but I didn’t want to believe it. I’m just feeling so lost like I’m in a void.

I don’t understand the outrage about this ending at all. Basically every character (sans Historia I guess..) has a satisfying and conclusion for their arcs. To me this series was always about eh cyclical nature of history and violence and the ending being inconclusive completely validated that theme throughout.

I also this the idea that this work is fascist is insane. At every step of this way it’s critical of nationalism and bigotry and advocates diplomacy and freedom. I loved this work and I loved then ending.
