Just okay. It played with a lot of typical romance tropes and had a clever female mc. It was a fun read but nothing I haven't seen before. It was a good audiobook to have on while multi-tasking.

This is probably one of the funniest Regency romances I have ever read!

The characters were pretty cartoonish and 1 dimensional so i took a look at the reviews and… oof. Also i liked mr osssowory way better. My favorite character is cassidy because the only character who acts like an actual person.

This was a quick read and light-hearted, and I liked the character, but the plot started to get a little redundant and almost silly.

I’d give this either 2.5 or 3 stars. The story itself was fine... but I felt no connection with the characters. Honestly, they all seemed a little flat. The conflict they encountered was a little weak- and then their reconciliation happened pretty instantaneously. I didn’t understand the point.

Like I said, I think the story itself was okay. I just never felt it pull me in. Nor did I ever find myself rooting for the characters. Was Selena only interested in Mr. Malcom because he looked like a “Greek god”? Not the best draw for the reader, in my opinion.

The overall experience was pretty “meh” for me.
