Fell short and not very nuanced, felt like the characters completely changed in the second half. I could see how it might actually be better as a movie because the actors and visuals might be able to make up for where the author fell short.
I just…. Didn’t care about the characters. There was no sizzle in the romance and…. It just felt rushed. Had much higher expectations.

Well, it was a fast read. Maybe took an hour and a half? It wouldn’t surprise me if it took exactly that long to write as well. Not only boring and filled with limp characters, but also managed to be vaguely offensive at times.

Cute quick read. Light hearted, pretty clean, and made me laugh a few times.
This is the kind of book you'd take on a plane and be satisfied because it's simple enough that it won't cause any headaches on the flight and short enough that you can probably finish it on the plane and feel very satisfied that you accomplished something.
I tend to prefer my romances with a bit more development and pining, but this book did what it needed to do. It was nice, I chuckled at a few of the lines, and I'm interested to see how this book translates to film.
