I have a book crush on Irial that I can't really explain, so I loved this extra look into his mind. I also found this novella very helpful in answering some of my questions from the first time I read the series (before it was released), and it gave me some more background with Sorcha and Gabriel's characters which was nice too.

Good way to add depth to to ending of Ink Exchange. Lots of good info in a small number of pages. Worth the time.

I cannot even express how happy I was to read this, it was amazing, just like everything Marr writes.

Loved reading this story, of the beginning of Niall becoming the Dark King!

Great short story, and seeing some things from some new characters, and being introduced to new characters, yeah, loved it!

Of the fae, when a mortal touches Gancanagh they become obsessed and begin to wither away from want. That's pretty much how I feel about the Wicked Lovely series.

In retrospect, these books were ridiculously unnecessary, but I loved them. When I finished Ink Exchange I wasn't ready to be done with Leslie, Irial and Niall's story. I thought more could be told and this was perfect. I can see how both of these set up the next stories and it only makes me want to read them more!

I love the court workings in the Wicked Lovely series, so seeing the changes and the effect on a court when there's a change in power is fascinating. I like how we get everyone's different reactions to Niall's taking the Dark Court, and it clearly sets up the bigger changes we see in Fragile Eternity. Also, Niall and Seth's bromance= best thing ever.
